Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Who we are
Weemble, LLC (“Weemble AI,” “we,” “us”) is an AI automation consultancy based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, serving small businesses remotely across the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit weemble.com, chat with our website assistant, submit a form, book a call, call or text us at +1 404-620-2306, or work with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, business type, preferred contact method, and anything you share in chat, forms, calls, texts, or email.
- Appointment details: the date and time of calls you book and notes you add.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages, which kind, and when.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies used to keep the site and chat working.
Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through our chat or forms.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive (see below).
- To send occasional emails about our services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To keep our website and systems secure and working properly, and to meet legal obligations.
AI-assisted processing
Our website chat assistant, and some phone and messaging features, use artificial intelligence to understand your questions and reply. What you type or say may be processed by our AI service providers to generate responses. Calls may be recorded and transcribed if we tell you so at the start of the call. A person at Weemble reviews conversations when you ask for one or when the assistant can’t help.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for that work. These include our CRM, chat, form, and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), scheduling and calendar tools, email providers, website hosting, phone carriers, and AI service providers. They are required to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive text messages, Weemble AI will use that number to send the messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account updates, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages about our services. Marketing and non-marketing texts are separate choices, and agreeing to either is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers and carriers that deliver our messages, and only as needed to send them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@weemble.com or +1 404-620-2306. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies needed to run the website and chat assistant, and may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, for our business records, or as required by law, then delete it or make it anonymous. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable providers, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@weemble.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we’ll honor them as required.
Where information is processed
We and our providers process information in the United States.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we’ll give additional notice where appropriate.
